Transfer Certificate Information

A Transfer Certificate (TC) is issued to students who are leaving the school. Please read the information below carefully before applying.

Documents Required

• Written application from parent / guardian
• No-dues clearance from the accounts department
• Copy of the last fee receipt
• Return of school library books and property

How to Apply

1. Submit a written application to the school office.
2. Complete the no-dues clearance form.
3. Collect the TC within 7 working days.

Important Instructions

Transfer Certificates are issued only after all dues are cleared. A duplicate TC, if required, will be issued on payment of the prescribed fee along with an affidavit.
